Job summary

Elite Aesthetics is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Full-Time Concierge to be the face of the clinic, delivering exceptional front-desk service and smoothly managing client flow and scheduling. You will welcome clients, handle check-in/out, process payments, and actively promote service packages and memberships while upholding our E.L.I.T.E.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills reflecting our values of trust and integrity.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude that represents our commitment to excellence.
• Strong sales aptitude with an ethical approach that prioritizes client well-being over sales.
• Ability to educate and empower clients to make confident, informed decisions.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications (Boulevard).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Elite Aesthetics scheduling system and client appointments (Boulevard).
• Warmly welcome clients and provide professional check-in/check-out procedures.
• Build and maintain excellent client relations and communication.
• Effectively sell service packages and promote membership programs.
• Maintain the aesthetics and cleanliness of the reception area and facility.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Embody our E.L.I.T.E. values in all client interactions.
• Support our holistic approach to aesthetics by understanding the connection between our services and overall wellness.
