AYA Med Spa is seeking an Aesthetic Associate to welcome clients, manage inquiries, and build a premium spa experience. You will handle check-in/out, process payments discreetly, and guide clients through our offerings to secure consultations.

The role emphasizes a consultative, relationship-driven approach with a focus on scheduling efficiency, client follow-ups, and maintaining meticulous records in the practice management system. A premium service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales/host role or luxury/high-touch service.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and curate a refined first impression; handle check-in/check-out and paperwork.
• Convert inquiries to booked consultations with a consultative approach.
• Manage appointment calendar for smooth provider workflow; minimize gaps.
• Maintain accurate client records in the practice management system and support campaigns.
