Elite Aesthetics is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated Full-Time Concierge to be the face of the clinic, delivering exceptional front-desk service and smoothly managing client flow and scheduling. You will welcome clients, handle check-in/out, process payments, and actively promote service packages and memberships while upholding our E.L.I.T.E.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills reflecting our values of trust and integrity.

• Strong sales aptitude with an ethical approach that prioritizes client well-being over sales.
• Ability to educate and empower clients to make confident, informed decisions.

• Manage Elite Aesthetics scheduling system and client appointments (Boulevard).

• Maintain the aesthetics and cleanliness of the reception area and facility.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Position Overview

We expanding our team and are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Concierge who embodies our core values to serve as the face of Elite Aesthetics, providing exceptional customer service while managing various front desk operations. This is a sale position with the opportunity to grow within the company in this field. We are not accepting applicants who want to become services providers to any capacity. Schedule

• Initial part-time schedule will be training for about 2 weeks
• Full-time schedule will consist of: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm, 10am-6pm Tuesday and Thursday's.
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed
