It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a confident Client Concierge to welcome clients, intake patients, and ensure unparalleled service. You will handle front-desk duties, scheduling, and patient communications in a fast-paced med spa setting. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, teamwork, and a warm, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, reliable on weekends, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a high standard of patient care and confidentiality.

Competenze

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Med spa or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multitask while attending to clients and business needs.
• Team player with initiative.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality per policy.
• Strong integrity and judgment.

Mansioni

• Greet clients in person and over the phone, provide service info.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/check-out, phone calls, welcome guests, inventory checks, stocking.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Follow company policies for streamlined location operations.
• Manage POS system accurately with client appointments and staff info.
