Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone, providing service information.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure POS system is used accurately with client and staff data.
• Adhere to all company policies to ensure smooth operations.
