You will greet clients, manage front desk duties, scheduling, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while upholding HIPAA policies and privacy standards.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, weekend availability, and familiarity with med spa or medical office settings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Med spa or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proper etiquette in interaction with clients.
• Ability to multi-task while remaining flexible to business needs.
• Team-minded with initiative.
• Energetic, friendly demeanor and service orientation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
• Strong integrity and ethics.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Handle front desk duties: check-in/out, scheduling, and inventory oversight.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Assist providers and managers with appointment books and client scheduling.
• Ensure POS system is accurate with client and staff data.
• Follow company policies to ensure smooth location operations.
