Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking an Instructor Operator at Fort Bliss, TX to support the MSTC program. The role involves delivering medical simulation training, directing scenarios, and assessing Soldiers in EMT and CLS courses in real or simulated environments.

The instructor will use moulage, special effects, and environmental controls to simulate injuries and critical incidents, evaluating students’ psychomotor and critical thinking skills while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• I/Os shall be current in and maintain National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) with EMT or higher.
• Former 68W or 18D NCO ALC Graduate or equivalent military medical background may be considered.
• Currently licensed RN, PA or Physician eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in EMT/CLS courses.
• Ensure training addresses all levels of students and maintains confidentiality.
• Operate in classroom and field environments with high fidelity medical simulations.
