Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC in Utah is seeking an experienced Intructor/Operator Paramedic to support the Army MSTC program. You will deliver high-fidelity medical simulations, utilise moulage and environmental controls, and validate student performance in classroom or field settings.

You will instruct across 68W Sustainment, EMT levels and CLS courses, assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills, and work with training units to prepare equipment and maintain proficiency with company products.

Qualifications

• Paramedics must be current in National Registry Paramedic certification and meet specific prior-service criteria.
• Maintain BLS-HCP certification and complete TC 8-800 annually.
• U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and evaluate Soldiers in EMT Sustainment and CLS courses.
• Demonstrate skills, perform testing and maintain high safety standards.
• Prepare training with equipment, moulage, and realistic simulations.
