Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. seeks an experienced I/O Paramedic Instructor to support the MSTC program. The role involves instructing and validating soldiers in EMS and CLS courses using realistic simulations and moulage to mirror battlefield medical scenes.

The instructor will assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills, teaching 68W Sustainment, EMT levels, and NRP standards across classroom and field environments. Strong instructional and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current National Registry Paramedic certification.
• BLS-HCP certification required.
• US citizen; able to obtain security clearance.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and evaluate Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and CLS courses.
• Utilize high-fidelity simulation and moulage to replicate realistic scenarios.
• Manage equipment, inventory consumables, and perform PMCS daily.
• Collaborate with AMEDDC&S to ensure instructor qualifications are met.
• Train mixed populations in classroom and field environments.
