Job summary

Phoenix-Logistics,-LL seeks an Instructional Operator (I/O) to support the Army MSTC program. The role will instruct and validate mixed Soldier populations across EMT sustainment and CLS curricula, using high-fidelity simulation and moulage techniques.

Candidates must hold NREMT with EMT or higher and meet medical licensure requirements. Travel across the U.S. will be required to support field and classroom training environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold NREMT with EMT or higher.
• Current RN/PA/Physician license.
• BLS-HCP certification required.
• TC 8-800 instructor course and annual validation.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S.
• Ability to train mixed Soldier populations.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in EMT, 68W sustainment, and CLS courses.
• Employ moulage, environmental controls and special effects to simulate realistic scenarios.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable company products and training materials.
• Manage equipment inventory and PMCS tasks and ensure safety and confidentiality.
