Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. seeks an experienced Instructional/Ops (I/O) for the Army MSTC program to lead medical simulations and EMT/CLS instruction. You will use moulage, environmental control, and theatrical effects to create realistic scenarios and assess trainees’ critical thinking and psychomotor skills.

The role requires proficiency with US Army EMS standards, TC 8-800 skills validation, and the ability to travel nationwide for training deployments. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be NREMT certified with EMT or higher.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels.
• Capable of instructing, demonstrating skills and testing Soldiers across EMT/CLS courses.
• Maintain confidentiality of student/employee information.
• Prepare training equipment and assist in unit training planning and setup.
• Travel to various locations across the U.S. for training.
