Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. seeks an experienced I/O instructor to deliver high-fidelity medical training for the MSTC in classroom and field environments.

You will assess students’ critical thinking and psychomotor skills across EMT, 68W sustainment, and CLS curricula, using moulage and simulate realistic scenarios. The role requires current NREMT/EMT credentials, instructor certification, and strong presentation abilities.

Qualifications

I/Os shall be current in and maintain National Registry EMT with EMT or higher.
I/Os shall comply with one of the following: 68W/18D ALC graduate, NEC 8404, 4NOX1, or licensed RN/PA/Physician.
Must maintain BLS-HCP certification and TC 8-800 skills validation annually.
I/Os must comprehend course material and apply knowledge to presentations.
I/Os must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Ensure training courses address all levels of students.
Capable of instructing and testing in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels for EMS/CLS courses.
Train mixed populations of Soldiers with instructor-to-student ratios as directed.
Prepare for training with the unit, equipment use and cleanup.
Present technical material clearly and keep products proficiency up to date.
