Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking an Instructors for the Army Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) program. The I/O will instruct and assess Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT levels, and CLS courses, using high-fidelity simulations and moulage to reflect real-world scenarios.

The role requires presenting to mixed Soldier populations, managing training logistics, and maintaining proficiency with program materials. Travel across the U.S. for training could be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Registry EMT with EMT or higher.
• Current BLS-Healthcare Provider certification.
• Complete TC 8-800 instructor course (AMEDD) and recertify annually.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the U.S. for training.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills, and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP level.
• Instruct a mixed population of Soldiers in classroom or field environments.
• Prepare training to include equipment use, setup, and cleanup.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable company products and materials.
• Manage consumables and PMCS kits for training equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
