Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking an Instructional Operator for the Army MSTC program. The role involves instructing a mixed population of Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and CLS courses, using high-fidelity simulations and moulage to reflect realistic scenarios.

Applicants must be NREMT-certified (EMT or higher), hold BLS-HCP, complete TC 8-800, and be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining security clearance. Travel across the U.S. for training is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold NREMT with EMT or higher and maintain BLS-HCP.
• Must complete TC 8-800 instructor course (AMEDD) and annual validation.
• US citizen able to obtain/maintain security clearance and willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP CLS courses.
• Address all levels of students and maintain instructor qualifications.
• Prepare training units with equipment setup, preparation, and clean-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of student/employee information.
• Present technical material and applications effectively to diverse learners.
• Remain proficient with applicable company products and PMCS kits.
