Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC in Utah is seeking an experienced Instructor/Operator Paramedic to support the Army MSTC program. You will instruct Soldiers across EMT/NRP levels using high-fidelity medical simulations, moulage, and scenario-based evaluation.

You will develop and deliver course content, test skills, and maintain equipment readiness, PMCS, and consumables while collaborating with training units to ensure realistic, safe training environments.

Qualifications

• National Registry Paramedic certification is required.
• Current BLS-Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
• Must complete TC 8-800 skills validation annually.
• Experience with medical simulation and field training environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels.
• Develop, demonstrate and validate medical simulation scenarios per POI.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable company products and equipment.
• Inventory and manage consumables; perform PMCS daily.
• Assist training unit with equipment use and cleanup.
• Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills.
