Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. is seeking an Instructor/Operator to support the Army MSTC at Fort Drum, NY. The role trains Soldiers across 68W Sustainment, EMT and NRP levels, using high-fidelity medical simulations and moulage techniques.

Applicants must hold EMT/NRP credentials, complete TC 8-800/TC3 instructor training, and demonstrate strong presentation and teamwork skills in both classroom and field environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Registry EMT or higher.
• Former 68W/18D NCO ALC graduate or NEC 8404/4NOX1 E-6+ or higher, currently licensed RN/PA/Physician.
• Maintain BLS-HCP certification.
• Complete TC 8-800 or TC3 instructor course; annual skills validation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training courses address all levels of students.
• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT and NRP levels.
• Instruct mixed populations in class sizes per AMEDDC&S guidance.
• Assist unit in equipment prep, use and cleanup.
• Present material and educate employees on technical applications.
• Maintain proficiency with company products.
• Inventory consumables and PMCS kits; perform PMCS on equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student/employee information.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
