Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA compliant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, letters, and records requests.
• Coordinate patient forms and paperwork and manage telehealth access.
• Manage patient communications and ensure accurate medical records.
