LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator in Snellville, GA to coordinate medical care, support patients and clinicians, and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients. Compensation starts at $21.00/hour with quarterly bonus potential.

Located at 3991 Highway 78 W, Ste 203 Snellville, GA 30039, this role focuses on operational excellence, patient support, and clinician assistance within a fast-growing mental health practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of healthcare operations or similar role preferred.
• Experience with EMRs and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician and staff engagement.
• Provide patient support via in-person and remote channels including timely responses to needs.
• Coordinate with clinicians regarding patient questions and administrative duties.
• Assist with patient forms, prior authorizations, lab orders, and referrals as needed.
