In this full-time role, you will handle prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, telehealth access, and smooth coordination with pharmacies and external referrals, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations or similar role.
• Experience in customer service or clinical support is a plus.

• Create a positive work environment; support in-office clinician and staff engagement activities.
• Provide strong customer service and manage patient needs and potentially difficult situations.
• Communicate with peers, clinicians, and patients to support patient care and clinician satisfaction.

• Coordinate with clinicians regarding patient questions and external referrals.
