HealthChannels, LLC is seeking on-site Medical Scribes to work alongside physicians, documenting patient visits in real time. You will record history, exams, treatments, and prescription information while ensuring accurate charting and secure records.

This role offers full-time and part-time schedules with training provided through Scribe University, plus opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability (weekdays, some sites).
• Access to a laptop; training provided; able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
