HealthChannels, LLC seeks a motivated medical scribe to work alongside doctors, documenting patient visits in real time. You’ll record history, exams, and treatments, and use EHR systems to keep records accurate.

No experience required — we train you through Scribe University, offer real-life clinical exposure, mentorship, and both full-time and part-time roles with tuition savings programs and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations may be required.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
• Access to a laptop (provided after training but you may need your own for training).

Responsabilidades

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
