Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Document patient visits in real time with doctors.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems with accuracy.
• Review and track lab and test results and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Keep patient charts up to date and organize documents for review.
