Job summary

ScribeAmerica is seeking a motivated Medical Scribe to join our team and work alongside physicians, documenting patient visits in real time. You’ll capture history, exams, tests, and prescriptions to help clinicians focus on patient care.

We offer both Full-time and Part-time on-site positions, with paid training through Scribe University and hands-on clinical instruction. No prior experience is required, and there are strong opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM and strong listening skills.
• Fluent in English with good reading/writing/speaking abilities.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work on-site as needed.
• Access to a laptop for training and daily use.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time with doctors.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support lab tracking and follow-ups for the care team.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
