Job summary

HealthChannels, LLC is seeking Medical Scribes to support healthcare teams by documenting patient visits in real time. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training. This role offers full-time and part-time options, with flexible scheduling to accommodate various needs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations may be required.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
• Access to a laptop needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.

Skills

Typing speed of 40+ WPM

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Strong listening and communication skills

Flexible schedule availability

Education
