ScribeAmerica is seeking an on-site Medical Scribe to work alongside doctors, documenting patient visits in real time and maintaining precise records. Training is provided, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

You will capture patient histories, exam details, and lab results, while ensuring chart accuracy and secure handling of information in adherence with HIPAA regulations. Great entry into clinical exposure and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Access to a laptop (you'll be provided one after training but need your own for training).
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required).

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
