The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) to plan and direct scheduling functions and administrative support for Medical Support Assistants in the Scheduling Support Section across Madison, WI facilities and Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Madison West Annex, East Clinic, Baraboo, Beaver Dam, Janesville, Rockford IL, and related sites.

You will provide daily oversight to subordinate staff and ensure effective clerical support through

• Duties include planning and directing scheduling and administrative support for Medical Support Assistants in the Scheduling Support Section.
