Qualifications

• Six months of general clerical experience.
• Six months experience with scheduling software or systems.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Type 45–60 wpm with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage front desk duties per VA guidance.
• Answer phone calls promptly for scheduling requests.
• Collaborate with Lead Scheduler to ensure timely communications.
• Contribute to quality improvement to meet performance measures.
