Responsibilities include patient registration, financial transactions, and maintaining accurate EMR records. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patients for office visits and procedures.
• Assist with high call volume and scheduling.
• Take triage messages for medical staff and view patient visit notes.
• Assist in patient registration and financial transactions.
• Schedule radiology/lab and recall appointments.
• Assist with check-in and check-out of patients and collect payments.
• File records in EMR and prepare patient charts.
