Responsibilities

• Schedule office visits and procedures for patients.
• Assist with high call volume and triage messages.
• Maintain physician schedules via phone or face-to-face.
• Assist in patient registration and financial transactions.
• May schedule radiology/lab tests and recalls.
• Check-in and check-out patients; verify charts and payments.
• File records in EMR and prepare charts for visits.
