GI Alliance seeks an experienced Scheduler I to manage patient appointments and coordinate office visits and procedures. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, triage calls, patient registration support, and chart preparation in EMR. Bilingual abilities are a plus; high school diploma and 2–5 years of scheduling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patients for office visits and procedures (in person or via phone).
• Take triage call messages for medical staff.
• Assist in patient registration and check-out.
• View and interpret patient visit notes, diagnoses, and physician orders.
• Prepare patient charts in EMR and scan documents.
• File records in appropriate sections of patient charts in EMR.
• Assist with recall scheduling as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
