Qualifications

• Basic understanding of healthcare plans and medical benefits.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for office visits and procedures.
• Manage high call volume and triage messages.
• Maintain physicians' schedules and coordinate radiology/lab appointments.
• Assist with patient registration, check-in/check-out, and payments.
• Prepare patient charts in EMR and file records.
• Recall scheduling and other duties as assigned.
• Read visit notes and physician orders to identify problems.
