Qualifications

• 2-5 years medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced medical office.
• Ability to read and understand medical benefits.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for office visits and procedures (may be by phone or in person).
• Maintain physician schedules and recall scheduling.
• Take triage messages for medical staff.
• Assist in patient registration and financial transactions.
• Assist in check-in and check-out; collect payments.
