Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is hiring an Account Executive in Texas to expand referral networks and close new accounts across rural territories.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with hospitals and clinics, educating providers about respiratory and diabetes solutions, and driving growth with in-person visits and CRM-based activity tracking. The position offers a base salary of $45k/year for entry level, up to $48k/year for experienced candidates, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen as applicable
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (where applicable)
• Background check will be conducted and assessed on duties, offenses, and rehabilitation evidence
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech’s products, services, and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Travel for in-person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management; participate in Sales Academy.
