ConvenientMD is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see in our clinics. You will greet visitors, register patients, update records, collect payments, and support the clinical team with compassionate, accurate service.

This role suits organized, patient‑focused individuals who excel at multitasking and teamwork. 12‑hour shifts are available, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem at multiple convenient local locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proactive, confident communicator with excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; EMR knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and register new and returning patients.
• Collect payments and handle insurance/billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling.
• Coordinate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Answer phones professionally and keep the reception area tidy.
