ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see at our clinics. You will greet patients, register new and existing patients, update records, collect payments, and ensure timely visits.

You will collaborate with clinicians to support smooth patient flow and efficient operations. The role involves managing reservations (online and walk-in), assisting with scheduling referrals, handling calls, and maintaining an organized reception area using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and register them in systems.
