Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our New Hampshire clinics. You will greet visitors, register patients, collect payments, and help ensure timely care while supporting the clinical team.

This role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and compassion. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems is preferred, with flexibility to work across multiple ConvenientMD locations as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and assist with registration.
• Handle payments, co-pays, and insurance inquiries per policy.

• Maintain reception area and administrative duties (photocopying, filing, logs).
• Familiarity with CMD services and EMR systems.
