ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see in our clinics. You will greet patients, register new and existing records, collect payments, and ensure timely visits while maintaining a friendly, professional environment.

You will support the clinical team, handle insurance inquiries, and manage front desk operations across multiple systems with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organization needed.
• Experience in customer service preferred, healthcare a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors and complete registration efficiently.
• Assist with insurance inquiries and billing questions.
• Manage front desk duties and maintain welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals with clinical staff as needed.
• Handle multiple software systems per clinic protocol.
