Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; register patients and complete forms.
• Answer phones and direct calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Collect payments, insurance copays, and charges per clinic policies.
• Handle insurance and billing inquiries with clear, concise information.
• Assist in scheduling referrals and managing patient flow across multiple systems.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and accurate daily activity logs.
