Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first friendly face in our clinics. You will greet patients, register new and existing records, and assist with payments while supporting a smooth patient flow across our New England practices.

You’ll work closely with the clinical team, manage reservations (online and walk-in), and handle insurance questions with care. The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a busy healthcare

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the clinic entrance.
• Register patients and complete required forms accurately.
• Assist with insurance and billing inquiries for patients.
• Collect and process payments per clinic policy.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and organized reception area.
• Navigate multiple software systems to support patient flow.
