Qualifications

• Experience in patient registration and front desk duties.
• Ability to navigate EPIC for patient data and billing.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.

Responsabilités

• Greet department visitors and follow scripting protocols.
• Answer phones courteously and direct callers appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as patient liaison.
• Distribute and prepare forms for procedures and imaging.
• Register patients in EPIC and verify demographic/insurance data.
• Ensure privacy and proper consent documentation.
• Coordinate with pre-cert team on appointments and authorizations.
• Maintain respectful, professional conduct with colleagues.
