Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify patient information for registration.
• Handle insurance tasks including verification and co-pay collection.
• Communicate with payers and patients to resolve claims.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper data handling.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, payers, and care teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
