Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative to support patient-facing registration and related tasks at Morristown, NJ. You will gather and verify information, assist with insurance tasks, and act as a liaison among patients, providers, payers, and other stakeholders for post-care account matters.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, obtaining necessary consents, and helping secure timely payments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift more than 25 lbs if needed.
• Experience in Patient Access or Medical Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect/verify information.
• Communicate patient responsibilities and obtain consents.
• Coordinate with third-party payers to facilitate payments and resolve claims.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain professional interactions.
