Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee areas of the office in collaboration with the Practice Manager, ensuring friendly, efficient patient service and smooth office flow. You will work with supervisors to meet operational goals and support high-quality care.

Formación

• Experience supervising medical office staff or similar roles.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, orientation and coaching of staff preferred.
• Experience handling patient reception, medical records, and insurance issues.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
• Coordinate care and serve as a liaison between patients and providers.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of staff.
• Maintain scheduling, time and attendance for staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and participate in promotions/disciplinary actions.
