• Oversee medical assisting staff and other specified areas in collaboration with Nursing Leadership and Practice Manager.
• Accountability for efficient patient/workflow, customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, productivity, and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of MA staff.
• Maintain scheduling, time and attendance for the MA staff.
• Evaluate MA staff performance and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions.
• Fill in as Medical Assistant when needed.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
