Job summary

Danone is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to plan, develop, and manage commercial initiatives to meet sales targets across a defined territory. This role requires close collaboration with hospitals, healthcare providers, and distributors in a hybrid work setting.

You’ll drive formulary approvals, brand preference, and loyalty, while delivering training and support to customers and analyzing market feedback weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• A minimum of 1–8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the level of the role.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools.
• Drive demand by attaining Hospital Formulary approvals and gaining exposure to Health Care Providers.
• Drive prescriptions, discharge orders, and community awareness events.
• Develop partnerships (distribution, manufacturing, home care) and provide technical training to customers.
