Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks a Specialty Territory Manager to plan, develop and execute commercial initiatives to meet sales targets across hospital and healthcare channels. You will drive market development for existing and new products and optimize selling tools while working with hospital staff and purchasing departments.

The role requires up to 90% field travel, a hybrid work model, and strong skills in strategic thinking, negotiation and data analysis.

Formación

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
A minimum of 1-8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the level of the role.
Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsabilidades

Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools.
Drive demand for products by attaining Hospital Formulary approvals.
Gain exposure to Health Care Providers and drive brand preference and loyalty.
Drive prescriptions and Discharge Orders.
Support Community Awareness events and Partnerships.
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers.
Analyze and report market feedback weekly and monthly using available tools.
