Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to plan, develop, and execute commercial initiatives to achieve sales targets.

You will drive market growth for our hospital and healthcare customers, gain formulary approvals, expand partnerships, and deliver on a hybrid work model with travel.

This role requires collaboration with hospital staff and leadership, with a focus on data-driven market feedback and ongoing customer training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• 1-8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools.
• Drive demand for products, including formulary approvals and brand loyalty.
• Drive prescriptions and discharge orders.
• Develop partnerships (distribution, manufacturing, home care) and manage events.
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers.
• Analyze and report market feedback weekly and monthly.
