Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to plan, develop, and execute commercial initiatives aimed at meeting sales targets across hospitals, clinics, and home care settings.

You will drive demand by optimizing marketing tools, attaining formulary approvals, expanding exposure to healthcare providers, and promoting brand loyalty while traveling up to 90% of the time in your territory. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• A minimum of 1-8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the level of the role.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
• Plan and develop the market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools.
• Drive demand by attaining Hospital Formulary approvals.
• Gain exposure to health care providers and drive brand loyalty.
• Drive prescriptions and discharge orders.
• Community awareness events and partnership development.
• Provide ongoing training and support to customers.
• Analyze and report market feedback weekly and monthly.
