Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks a Specialty Territory Manager to plan, develop, and manage commercial initiatives to meet sales targets across hospitals and clinicians. You will travel up to 90% in the field and work in a hybrid, home-office setting.

You will build hospital formulary access, drive prescriptions, manage partnerships, and provide ongoing training while analyzing market feedback. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–8 years sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
• 1–8 years of recent sales or related work experience.
• Registered Dietitian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.
• Plan and develop market for existing and new products; optimize selling tools.
• Drive demand through hospital formulary approvals.
• Gain exposure to Health Care Providers and drive brand loyalty.
• Drive prescriptions and discharge orders.
• Community awareness events.
• Partnership development with distribution, manufacturing, home care.
• Sampling and one-by-one strategy.
• Ongoing technical training and support to customers.
• Contact hospital management and staff; report market feedback weekly and monthly.
