Job summary

Heritage Valley Beaver is seeking a full-time Scheduling Specialist to accurately book Diagnostic Service exams across Radiology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology and Nuclear Medicine, ensuring clear communication with patients and offices.

You will interpret physician orders, provide exam instructions, and respond promptly to questions while maintaining professional, calm service during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical terminology background required.
• Computer skills and experience required.
• Ability to communicate positively and clearly.
• Calm demeanor during peak workload periods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work in a high productivity environment.
• Successful completion of required clearances within 90 days.
